2 very old plants here - easily the oldest I've seen. There is an adjacent property border planting/windbreak but the two roadside plants significantly out-date planting suggesting they are remnant. Close to Seereys Rd population (see 11865-11866).
A treasure of a tree near Spring Hill. There is something special about the distribution of Snow Gum in the Macedon Ranges Shire, from the sedimetary hills above Deep Creek, below Darraweit Guim, to Newham, to Camels Hump, to Spring Hill. Wonderful.
An old Banksia Marginata. At first glance some may say 'So what?' but have a close look at the base of this tree and its massive root ball. It must be a fair age. Under Custodianship of Macedon Ranges Shire.
