Pretty sure this is the first record of this species on the Vic. Volcanic Plains. Growing in typical habitat for this species; ie. dry, rocky site, lacking taller shrubs, relatively large distances between grass tussocks.
Species information: Spreading, erect or prostrate shrub to 1 m high.
Phyllodes variable but more or less asymmetrically triangular, with a spine.
Spherical creamy pale yellow flower heads on long peduncles, one per leaf axil.
