A group of honey-eaters feasting on eucalypt flowers. Very active. Second photo showed a bit of the head.
Location approximate. On the track between Stony Creek and Anakie Gorge Picnic Area. Id by David Francis and Chris Lindorff as White-naped Honeyeater.
This quail has been spotted a few times lately, moving between bushes and hiding, but today I managed to get these couple of terrible photos. Both my husband and I thought it looked more like a Brown Quail than a Stubble Quail.
