This rather large snail was found at the side of a track near our friend's property. They transported it to me to try and identify it. Just from looking at lots of snail photos, I think it is a Pygmipanda species, possibly P. kershawi and Reiner Richter, on Bowerbird website, also agrees with that identification.
Eight red legs, a metallic blue body and red mouthparts. It was rescued from a water bucket, ran around constantly and even tried to burrow into the hand that was holding it. It is an arachnid of some kind, but not sure if it is a harvestman, or a mite or a tick or a very unusual spider.
