    "This could be Mycena clarkeana, which typically occurs in clusters like this at the base on trees, but the fruit-bodies are old and faded so not possible to be sure. There is a hint of purple in the glimpse of the lamellae - when fresh the whole fruit-body is pinkish mauve. "
