A treasure of a tree near Spring Hill. There is something special about the distribution of Snow Gum in the Macedon Ranges Shire, from the sedimetary hills above Deep Creek, below Darraweit Guim, to Newham, to Camels Hump, to Spring Hill. Wonderful.
An extraordinarily large E. pauciflora (Snow Gum) on the Woodend - Tylden Road in private land. Nearly 16m high with a trunk over 1m diameter. Must be pretty old. Full of hollows. One of the most amazing trees in the Macedon Ranges Shire.
