This Brush-tailed Phascogale visited my water tub two nights in a row. The still image is on the second night 29/1/2018 and the video is on 28/1/2018 at 2.48am. Neither visit was for very long hence the slightly blurred still photo and the very short video clip.
On Tuesday night I got bored so I decided to record a video of some birds and see what I would get from that. So I used my iPod to record a short ish video and it came up with this! I'm so happy. There were about 7 types of bird species.
This is an example of nature at its cruelest. The little bird got too wet when bathing, was attempting to get safe on the platform provided and was taken by the Kookaburra. It is the first time I have lost a bird at my watering ponds (that I know of).
