David Francis Possibly Cicadellidae, Ledrinae>Thymbrini> genus examples Rhotidus and Hackerina. But can't find pictures or confirm. Maybe leave as Cicadellide sp.?

Andrew Allen Looks like Eurymeloides bicincta
Jeff Triplett I did look at that one but they have orange eyes and a white line across the back of the head. I don't know, maybe mine are teneral or something.
