Similar to a Caddisfly but different to the last one I observed.

I think this is Amyema miquelii or Box Mistletoe because the flowers are in threes, with the central flower stalked (pedunculate) the same as the other two. In A. pendula, the central flower is sessile - not on a stalk(peduncle)
Thanks David. Yes they are hosted by a eucalypt which I'm yet to identify.
