White 'spectacles'. White socks on rear legs. White bands on antennae. In open woodland. Exhibited hunting wasp behaviour (short low flights, antennae monitoring ground activity). Same species as 12494. Very small.

  1. Unknown  From Ken Walker: " It could be Xanthocryptus or something close. Pompilidae wasps always have their antennae curled like bicycle handles and I have never seen a pompild with white patches on its wings."
