Male plant. This species is now locally rare owing to habitat destruction. The few remaining plants appear to be restricted to rail reserves (grassy plains woodland). Possibly no longer a viable remnant population?
Keys out best as A.sp.3 but some features of fimbriatum too. fimbriatum because of purple anthers and appendages, unbranched stem, leaves not distantly ciliate (it has distant teeth). sp.3 features - erect fruiting pedicels, leaves present at flowering.
